Spring YogaPlant a Seed--
Put hands together at the chest, keep your back straight, squat down with your knees over you ankles and your elbows next to your knees, then breathe deeply a few times.

Shine Like the Sun--
Stand tall, keep your feet together, clasp your hands together and reach your arms upward, then breathe deeply a few times.

Drop Down Like Rain--
Keep your legs shoulder-width apart, bend at the hips and reach for the ground or floor,  then breathe deeply a few times.

Grow Like a Tree--
Stand tall, raise one foot and place the bottom of one foot on the inner thigh (or where your foot can reach) on your other leg, clasp your hands together and reach your arms upward, then breathe deeply a few times.
