Think of Your Happy Place
Your happy place is a place that makes you feel happy and calm. It is a place that you can close your eyes and picture the details of the location. The more details you can think of, the more calming it can be.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
What are you touching?
What are you feeling?
This is a great mindfulness exercise for moments when you are feeling anxious, angry, or sad.
