If you would like to access the enrollment documents yourself, there are links below. To get the paper version, stop by ME School during our open hours, which are 9am-5pm for the week of August 2 to August 6, 2021.

If you are enrolling a kindergartener, you will need the documents in both of the attachments below.
For first and second graders, only the "ME All Grades Enrollment Forms.pdf' documents are needed along with a copy of the child's birth certirficate and an up-to-date immunization record.
