Second semester is almost here. School begins for students on Wednesday, January 12th.
- School staff will be in the office beginning Monday, January 10th. If you know your student is starting the semester off in quarantine, your child’s daily dismissal plan has changed, or you need to complete any paperwork, please call or stop by our school. Ring the doorbell in case we don’t see you right away at the door.
- ME School will continue to have voluntary weekly COVID testing each Tuesday school is in session. This is only for students who have a signed guardian permission form on file at school. Click here to view/download the testing permission form attached. Forms are also available at our office for families wishing to opt in for testing.
- We currently do not have school Thursday, January 20th nor Friday, January 21st. Thursday, January 20 could become a make-up student school day if a student school day has to be canceled prior to that.
- Our annual K300 Reading Race starts soon. Information about the race and recording forms will be sent home with students and announcements will be posted on our website (me.lksd.org), Facebook, and also sent out via email.
