Reminders for Parents
1. SYMPTOM-FREE SCHOOLS
LKSD schools expect guardians to keep children at home if students have any symptoms of illness.
If your child has a chronic condition, such as seasonal allergies, please tell the school office about it.
2. TRAVEL QUARANTINE EXPECTATIONS FOR LKSD SCHOOLS:
Only fully vaccinated students and staff are allowed to return to school the day after they travel. Fully vaccinated means 14 days have passed since the second dose of vaccine.
The non-vaccinated return-to-school requirements are:
EITHER
A. 7-day quarantine with a negative test on day 6 and 7. Student returns on day 8.
OR
B. 10-day quarantine with no test. Return on day 11.
